"Fun once it got going"
Booking was straightforward and everyone I dealt with seemed nice enough. The actual experience ended up being fun, and I did enjoy it once things got moving. I just wish the day had felt a little more organized overall, because there was quite a bit of standing around and waiting before we really got started

"Not a lot to choose from"
there just wasn’t much variety, it felt like the same few activities kept popping up everywhere and after a little while I was already bored and kind of wondering what else there was supposed to be.

"Felt safe and well organized"
Booked a driving experience and overall the safety setup felt solid. The staff went over the rules clearly, and the checks didn’t feel rushed, which I appreciated. Weirdly, I still remember one of the staff had a bright orange clipboard that looked like it had survived a war. Only giving 4 stars because signing in took a bit longer than expected, but the experience itself was good.

The booking pages worked fine, but I had to dig around a bit to find some of the info I needed. It wasn’t bad overall, just felt a little clunky in places.

"Issue never really got fixed"
I had an issue with my booking and it felt like support just kept bouncing me from one person to another. Replies took forever, and when they finally gave me a fix, it didnt really solve anything. Kinda felt like they were just hoping I’d give up and stop asking. Really frustrating tbh

"Booking was fine, but support messed up my plans"
The actual experience was okay once it finally happened, but dealing with Adrenaline was frustrating. My confirmation email took ages to come through, and I had to chase up details that should’ve been clear from the start. Customer service was slow to reply too, which ended up messing with my plans and made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but i probably wouldn’t book through them again

I booked an experience on Adrenaline thinking I knew exactly what I was paying, but then extra fees popped up right at checkout. it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t mind paying a fair price, but when the total changes at the last minute, it feels a bit sneaky and makes the whole deal feel less exciting. I was already annoyed before I even got to use the voucher. I get that fees happen, but I wish they’d just show the full price upfront. Not sure I’d book through them again.

"Gift certificate was nice, but arrived too late"
I ordered a gift certificate for my brother thinking it would be an easy last-minute birthday gift since it was supposed to come by email. The ordering process itself was simple, and once it finally showed up, the certificate looked fine. But it didn’t arrive for hours, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to wait. It ended up coming after his birthday, which was really frustrating for something that should’ve been instant

"Voucher felt way too restricted"
I got this as a gift voucher and thought it would be simple to book something, but the available dates and choices were really limited. I also couldn’t swap it for much else, which made it feel like the flexibility was more for show than anything. Maybe I’m being cynical, but it kind of felt like they made it awkward on purpose so people won’t actually use it. Disappointing overall.

I’ll give them some credit, the support team sounds polite enough, but I’m still waiting on my refund and it feels like I keep getting passed around. Maybe they’re trying to help, but it doesn’t really feel like anything is moving.

"Gear seemed a bit past its prime"
The equipment felt worn out, like it had been used a lot and not checked over that carefully before we got started. It didn’t totally ruin the activity or anything, but I kept noticing little things here and there, and I guess once you notice it, your mind kind of keeps going back to it...

"Photo and video add-ons were disappointing"
I booked this mostly because of the photo and video add-on, so maybe that was my mistake, but I was let down. The options were confusing, and the prices felt way too high for what you get. From what I saw, the quality looked average too. I wish I had looked into it more before paying, because it kind of took away from the gift for us

"Really frustrating communication"
I booked an experience through adrenaline.com my immediate reaction was just frustration. The provider barely replied, and I had to keep chasing them just to confirm basic details that should’ve been easy to sort out.

By the time I got short, not-very-helpful answers, it had already taken the excitement out of the whole thing. It felt way more stressful than fun, and if they’re going to take bookings, the communication needs to be much better. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Promo code felt like a bait-and-switch"
I saw a discount promo on adrenaline.com and, my brain did the quick math of “cool, cheaper booking” without overthinking it. But when I got to checkout, the code just would not apply.

I contacted support and they basically said the promo wasn’t valid for that specific activity. Maybe it was buried somewhere in the fine print, but the promo page made it seem like it should work, so it felt misleading.

At that point I’d already picked the time and had mentally committed, so I either had to pay full price or lose the booking. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not a great first impression

"Decent, but not what I was promised"
It’s not terrible, and it does seem okay overall, but I can’t say I’m fully convinced. The way it was described made it sound a lot better than what I actually got, so that was disappointing. It works, just not as well as promised.

Booked a driving experience on adrenaline.com and had a blast. Details were clear, but locking in the date took a little back-and-forth. Venue staff were great though. I’d book again.

"Bad weather, worse communication"
My skydiving was cancelled because of the weather, i understand that part. Safety comes first. But trying to reschedule through Adrenaline was really frustrating. They kept sending me back to the operator, and it felt like nobody actually wanted to take responsibility or explain what was going on.

I asked about getting a refund or choosing different dates, but the replies felt like copy-and-paste messages that didn’t really answer me. I was basically left in the dark after they had my money, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t book through them again.
